A Hr Business Partner role is available for a professional who can provide dedicated and expert HR support to an allocated division of the organisation.

* This will involve acting as the first point of contact for managing the resolution of all generalist HR matters and inquiries through the provision of internal HR consultancy and advisory services.
* You will also be responsible for managing at least one of the People and Culture HR portfolio areas, including but not limited to recruitment, metrics and reporting, policy, systems, corporate induction program and industrial committees.
For this role, you should have a strong understanding of human resource management principles and practices, with demonstrated experience in delivering contemporary solution-focused initiatives within a medium to large-sized organisation.

Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
* Demonstrated experience working as an internal consultant/business partner delivering contemporary solution-focused initiatives within a medium to large-sized organisation.
* Demonstrated problem-solving, advisory, and coaching skills.
