Sales Consultant - Perimeter Access Control

Job Summary:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven Sales consultant with a proven track record in the Physical Barrier Control, Security, and Automation sectors.

As a key player on our team, you will work closely with clients to manage their access control requirements, develop new markets, and offer tailored solutions to meet the evolving needs of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
* Identify and explore new business opportunities, including niche markets, where our automation and access control solutions can enhance security and operational efficiency.
* Develop customised client business proposals, addressing specific security and access control needs, and recommending tailored product solutions.
* Successfully network to discover new projects where our product solutions will meet customer requirements.
* Manage the tender and quotation processes for targeted projects, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
* Continuously develop clients through new projects and solutions.
* Maintain daily sales activities including quoting and responding to client enquiries.

Requirements:

* A highly motivated and enthusiastic personality.
* Knowledge and experience in Solution Selling is preferable but not limited to Gates, Boom Gates, Speed Gates turnstiles, fencing or HMV.
* Excellent communication skills, outgoing and experienced in working at different levels of organisations such as building managers, consultants, architects and specifiers.
* Proven record of accomplishment in managing relationships and closing negotiations.
* Proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Understanding of the Civils, Drawings and site requirements needed to deliver turnkey solutions via consultants builders or direct to end clients.
