Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south and Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
1. Provide operational advice and recommendations on the management and resolution of employment matters including organisational change, complaints, performance, conduct and discipline.
2. Provide contemporary and high-quality advice and application of HR activities in accordance with the HR industrial framework in an authoritative and timely manner.
3. Escalate complex matters to the Senior Advisor Workforce where appropriate.
Remuneration value up to $127,235 p.a., comprising salary between $102,492 - $111,516 p.a. (f/t), or Remuneration value up to $10,602 p.m., comprising salary between $3928.50 - $4274.40 p.f. (f/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO5) (Permanent full time 76hrs p.f. and Fixed term temporary full time 76hrs p.f. up to 12 months).
