As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Interior Designer to join our Melbourne-based team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will work on multiple projects across Australia (we currently have projects in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane), managing design delivery from concept through to installation.
From developing FF&E concepts, preparing and delivering presentations to reviewing samples and attending on-site styling days, you'll be part of a fast-paced, highly collaborative design environment delivering projects at scale.
This role suits someone who thrives on variety, enjoys responsibility, and brings energy, creativity and commercial rigour to their work. You are confident presenting, meticulous in execution, and take pride in delivering exceptional design outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality design concepts aligned to project briefs, with exceptional attention to detail
* Prepare FF&E selections, mood boards, finishes schedules, and floor plans
* Develop and manage design documentation for tenders, procurement, and installation
* Develop and manage budgets and timelines to keep projects on track
* Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams throughout all project phases
* Deliver engaging and persuasive design presentations to clients
* Participate in sample reviews, site visits, and on-site styling as required

About You
You'll bring strong FF&E expertise, confidence, and a proactive mindset, along with:
* 5+ years' experience in interior design, ideally with a strong FF&E focus
* Proven experience across BTR, BTS, and/or PBSA projects
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
* Strong ability to manage multiple project designs, timelines, and budgets concurrently
* Experience in preparing tender submissions for BTR, PBSA and/or BTS projects
* Exceptional attention to detail
* A driven, self-starting attitude with the ability to structure your own time
* Confident, polished communication skills and confident presenting to clients
* Highly organised
