* The successful candidate will have experience in a finance or administration position and proficiency with MYOB and online banking systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Payroll Management: Process weekly payroll, including superannuation and online staff payments, through MYOB by ATO deadlines.
* Invoice Processing: Verify and enter supplier invoices in MYOB, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
* Cash Flow Management: Monitor account balances and manage cash flow across multiple accounts.
* Accounting and Reporting: Prepare and lodge PAYG and BAS through MYOB by ATO deadlines, and maintain accurate records in the client management system and OneDrive.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar finance or administration position.
* Skills: Proficiency with MYOB and online banking systems, strong understanding of payroll, superannuation, GST, PAYG, and trust account management.
* Personal Qualities: Excellent organisational and time-management skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
