Job Overview

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the team and managing store operations to achieve success. Key responsibilities include mentoring and developing team members, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences.


About the Role

* Collaborate closely with Store Managers to drive team performance and manage store operations effectively
* Develop and coach team members to enhance their skills and productivity
* Provide genuine service that creates moments that matter for customers
* Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and customers


About You

* Previous supervisory experience is preferred or be ready for that next level of responsibility
* Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
* Ideal candidate has knowledge of mechanical/automotive parts
* Flexibility in scheduling and a valid driver's license are required
* Physical ability to perform duties including handling heavy products
