The Opportunity
This is a Monday to Friday day shift opportunity to join our Fielders business as a Customer Service Representative. You will be responsible for delivering customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders and property owners in creating their vision.
Key Responsibilities:
* We collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met.
* We prepare and follow up on customer quotes while supporting our sales teams across Australia.
* We provide internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer information.
* We resolve issues and seek ways to improve the customer's experience.
You will bring excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, a strong customer focus and the ability to resolve issues effectively.
