Retail Sales Consultant - Alexandria
Full Time and Part Time positions
As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will develop trusted relationships with customers, provide advice, and offer a consultative approach to service. Your role is to ensure customers are delighted and excited about their experience, helping them achieve their ideal bathroom design. The position is suitable for students studying interior design, architecture, or similar fields seeking part-time work. You will be located just minutes' walk from Green Square station.

THE TEAM
The Beaumont Tiles sales and customer service teams are driven, dedicated, and focused on meeting customer needs.
THE SKILL SET
* Experience in retail sales and/or related industry (not essential)
* Mature, self‐directed approach to problem solving
* Good rapport building and influencing skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Technologically savvy and administrative skills
* Students studying interior design or architecture are welcome to apply
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Help customers with renovation projects and product selections during in‐store consultations
* Liaise with architects, designers, builders, and project managers on new build and renovation projects
* Prepare quotations and provide specifications for required projects
* Build customer relationships and maintain excellent customer service
* Handle administrative tasks, process orders and invoices
* Perform merchandising duties within the showroom
