Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist
Overview:
The Learning and Development Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping the Advisory Division's capability development program. This position requires a unique blend of skills, focusing on professional capability domains specific to the division's workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop cost-efficient learning solutions that adhere to the 70:20:10 model
• Evaluate and report on L&D outcomes, ensuring measurable impact
• Enhance the Advisory learning framework to meet evolving needs
Capability Needs and Assessment:
• Identify current and emerging capability requirements through thorough analysis
• Assess and report on workforce capability levels, providing actionable insights for improvement
Content Development:
• Develop, commission, and curate high-quality learning content aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective programs
• Deliver learning content where appropriate, leveraging various delivery channels
Coordination and Administration:
• Coordinate the annual learning calendar, ensuring seamless execution
• Manage program-related communications, fostering stakeholder engagement
Additional Responsibilities:
• Lead the induction process for new hires and graduates, setting them up for success
• Manage relationships with external vendors, optimizing partnerships for maximum value
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization's L&D program, driving excellence and innovation
Requirements:
Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced knowledge in learning and development within a professional services environment
Understanding of adult learning principles, with proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning content delivery
Ability to use data analytics for program evaluation and ROI
Proven ability to deliver within a client management model, meeting KPIs and service standards
Strong professional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in advisory or management consulting, or supporting L&D for such teams, is beneficial
