The Role
* We are searching for an experienced Remedial Site Foreman, with a proven track record in working on high-quality remedial projects. A day in the life of this role could include;
* Planning and overseeing daily work on site
* Completing specialised remedial work to the highest standards
* Reviewing status of ongoing projects
* Coordinating and preparing material deliveries and sub-contractor scheduling in an efficient manner
* Monitoring all works against specification to ensure the highest level of quality
* Effectively utilising site resources in order to achieve completion of project on time and to budget
* Ensuring all site personnel adhere to the company's ISO, WHS and Environment policies and procedures
About You
* Relevant trade qualification, or degree
* At least 5 years' experience in remedial building projects
* A proven track record as a Foreman
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated experience in WHS and compliance
* Full working rights in Australia
