Role
The Harvey Norman Chadstone Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Warehouse Manager to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Warehouse Manager, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
* Effective distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading of trucks
* Experience checking delivery sheets
* Operate a warehouse, coaching and rostering staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
* Cooperate with the team to ensure timely and accurate distribution of goods
* Maintain a robust commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
What we require / Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
* Be highly organised and possess great time management skills
* Experience in warehouse management
* Ability to effectively operate a warehouse, coach and roster staff, lead and motivate an enthusiastic team
* Must be motivated and have an outstanding eye for detail
* Experience checking delivery sheets
* Flexible, capable of prioritising workload and meeting deadlines
* Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
* Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
