Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performance HR team to foster collaboration, growth, and excellence.
* Provide strategic guidance across key HR programs, including performance management, compensation, reward, talent planning, employee engagement, and change management.
* Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for both Australia and New Zealand, ensuring full compliance and efficiency.
* Collaborate with business leaders to enhance the employee experience and streamline HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
* Analyse workforce data to inform decisions and align people priorities with business goals.
* Identify current and future capability needs, developing strategies to close gaps and support organisational success.
* Ensure HR systems, policies, and processes are aligned with legal requirements and best practices.
* Support leaders in navigating change, applying proven change management techniques.
* Travel within Australia as needed to provide on-the-ground HR support.
Key Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
* Extensive HR leadership experience, ideally in a fast-paced, complex organisation.
* Strong experience in managing or overseeing payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand.
* Exceptional ability to coach, advise, and influence senior leaders and teams.
