What you’ll do
* Handle high-complexity tickets; perform advanced troubleshooting across networking, servers, cloud, security
* Lead project deployments (M365/Azure migrations, identity, networking) and steer client roadmaps
* Bridge frontline and senior engineering—coach L1/L2s and uplift standards and docs
* Communicate clearly with customers and the leadership team
What to expect day-to-day
* Real variety across multiple clients; priority shifts happen—own your queue and collaborate to land outcomes
* Ticket hygiene & time entry are non-negotiable; we run on data and clarity
* Occasional after-hours emergencies with documented compensation
Must-haves
* Deep MSP background; Azure/M365, networking, scripting; client leadership confidence
* Perth-based, unrestricted work rights, WA licence + car
