Overview
Join Seed Heritage as a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant at Fountain Gate. You will be passionate about creating magical moments during the festive season and connecting with customers by offering a one‐of‐a‐kind shopping experience. Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from October to November depending on store needs and candidate availability.
Responsibilities
* Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
* Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
* Process customer transactions on the point‐of‐sale system
* Exceed sales targets and business KPIs
* Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms
Ideal Candidate
* Experience in a similar fashion retail or customer service role with a strong sense of personal style
* Positive, can‐do attitude across all areas of work
* Attention to detail with a passion for styling and visual merchandising
* Exposure to large stock volumes, stock management and in‐store fulfillment
* Genuine alignment with Seed Heritage values and desire to be part of the brand
* Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional service
Availability & Conditions
Note: Christmas Casual Sales Assistants must have full availability to work throughout November 2025 – January 2026, including extended trade, weekends and public holidays. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
