Your New Role:
* This role is availbale Part-time OR Full-time!
* Managing a team of Vet Nurses and supporting busy Vets
* Guiding and developing the Nurse team, building a positive team culture
* Undertaking general nursing tasks, including pre and post-operative care, animal pathology and emergency and critical care
* Taking initiative to enhance clinic operations and efficiency
* Collaborating with the veterinary team to ensure high standards of patient care
* Handling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phone
About your skills and your experience:
* Holds a Cert IV qualification in Veterinary Nursing with minimum of 2+ years of experience
* Experience coaching and mentoring Vet Nurses
* Possesses strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
* Strong knowledge of surgical nursing techniques and procedures
* A calm and friendly presence
* Great communication and customer service skills
* Flexible and adaptable within a team environment
* Knowledge of RX Works ideal but not essential
