We are what you’re looking for. We are CBH.The RoleWe are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Plant Operators on a casual basis at our Esperance Terminal. This position involves both day and night shifts, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours.This frontline role plays a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers. Our Operations can run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Increased workloads may apply during harvest periods.Responsibilities include:Grain sampling, receivals and plant hygieneOperation of machinery such as front-end loader and forklift (pending licencing)Control room operationsThis role involves physical aspects including bending, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environmentsAbout You:Hold an unrestricted and valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicleExperience working in a team-focused environment in the grain handling industry (desirable)Basic computer skillsPossession and experience using FEL, EWP, MR or HR tickets/licences (highly advantageous)Any offer of employment will be subject to the outcome of pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing.
