About the RoleOur client is looking for a Risk Insurance Advisor to join our Investment Services team client.
In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for advising clients on their insurance needs by understanding their financial position and tailoring personal insurance solutions that provide protection in the event of a Life, Trauma, TPD or Income Protection event.
You'll work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality advice, exceptional service, and peace of mind when it matters most.ResponsibilitiesMeet with clients and respond to queries to understand and support their insurance needsDeliver tailored, strategic insurance advice aligned to each client's personal and financial goalsCoordinate the end-to-end implementation process in partnership with our skilled paraplanning and administration teamsProactively review and update insurance strategies to ensure ongoing suitabilityReview and contribute to advice documents prepared by paraplanners and administrative team membersMaintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external providersFollow structured workflows and keep accurate client recordsIdentify cross-referral opportunities across the Investment Services teamTake part in training and development to strengthen technical and client service skillsQualificationsHave a current Authorised Representative StatusTertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or a related fieldDiploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) and RG146 complianceMeet FASEA, TASA and other relevant legislative requirementsRequired SkillsStrong relationship-building skills and ability to engage a broad range of stakeholdersPragmatic thinker with a genuine focus on creating smart client solutionsPlease click the Apply Button now for further information
