In This Fulfilling Role, You Will
- Design, deliver, and evaluate contemporary Palliative Care education.
- Mentor and support staff through ongoing professional development.
- Facilitate comprehensive orientation and provide clinical supervision.
- Offer one-on-one coaching and bedside teaching.
- Champion skill development, in-services, and policy education to elevate practice.

Nestled amidst the tree-covered mountains of Tamworth. Tamworth Hospital is the largest regional referral hospital in Northwest New South Wales with a Level 5 Emergency Department, delivering care to a diverse patient population.

Requirements
Our successful candidate will possess the following:
- Current Registered Nurse with AHPRA and hold relevant clinical or education post-registration qualifications or equivalent education and clinical experience deemed appropriate by the organisation.

Additional Information
- Based on a minimum 18-month commitment to the position or the agreed duration of your contract. Pro-rata payments apply for part-time roles. Incentive repayment may be required if the contract ends early. See Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme for eligibility and details.
