About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Human Resources Business Partner to support our team. As a key member of the HR Operations team, you will provide day-to-day HR advice and support to employees throughout the employment lifecycle.
Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with leaders and management to establish and nurture open, collaborative relationships with employees and stakeholders. You will also support the identification and delivery of actions in response to employee engagement surveys and collaborate on key projects for the benefit of our people.
Additionally, you will partner with talent acquisition for recruitment needs, coach and mentor people leaders, and provide stakeholder support. Your expertise will cover employee relations, performance management, and learning and development. You will respond efficiently to the critical everyday needs of the business while ensuring that HR practices empower and protect the organisation.
