The role leads a high-performing team at the centre of Westpac's investment finance strategy.
Based in Sydney, you'll drive smarter investment decisions by delivering clear insights, streamlined processes, and strong financial governance.
You'll collaborate with senior leaders across the business to shape how we manage and transform investment expenses, bringing clarity, control, and commercial impact to every conversation.
You will lead the ESP Investment team as a centre of excellence, supporting end to end investment portfolio and expense management across reporting, forecasting, analytics, and strategic insights.

Deep understanding of the investment lifecycle and financial control frameworks Proven experience leading finance teams, including offshore capability Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills at senior levels Expertise in financial process improvement, automation, and transformation Proficiency with finance systems and tools (e.g. TM1, GL, Planview) Experience in project finance, investment governance, and financial services business partnering Why join us?
