Description About the Role We are seeking an Accommodation Superintendent to manage the full lifecycle of accommodation infrastructure and facilities at our Curragh Complex, which includes a portfolio of residential and village accommodation. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our approach to accommodation management through effective vendor oversight, contract lifecycle leadership, and stakeholder engagement. Your work will directly influence site culture, employee wellbeing, and operational excellence. Your role will be interesting and varied and will include: Proactively leading strategic sourcing activities with the objective of attaining cost reductions and upholding vendor service levels Lead and deliver minor capital works, accommodation projects, and lifecycle planning Oversee the delivery of all aspects of village management, commercial real estate, facilities, maintenance, repairs, and service provision across vendors Take appropriate intervention measures with under-performing vendor outcomes Build strong stakeholder relationships that unlock long-term commercial value Continually improve procurement and contract processes for efficiency and compliance About You You’re a solutions-focused, commercially focused leader with a solid background in contract management, project delivery, and stakeholder engagement. You thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to get results through people. Key to your success will be your: Proven experience in procurement and end-to-end contract management Deep understanding of accommodation and facilities services, ideally in mining or resources Demonstrated leadership in managing contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams Strong project management capabilities – delivering on time and on budget Analytical and strategic thinking with a drive for continuous improvement Why Join Us?
