Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assist with team logistics for travel, meetings and presentations, ensuring professional and efficient operations of the team.
- Monitoring expenses, invoices and approvals and preparing correspondences as and when requested for the team
- Maintain and update data and reporting from CRM
- Working directly with the Brokers and providing overflow support to the team to ensure efficient and professional team operations.
- Handle requests and queries from the brokers and team and act as a point of contact between the team and internal/external clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Administration and team assistant experience preferably within financial / banking services
- Knowledge of Third Party Sales / Mortgage industry desirable
- Strong communication, IT and organisational skills.
- High level stakeholder management skills.
