The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and have industry experience in high-volume kitchen environments. Strong food safety knowledge, customer service skills, and attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
* Ensure food safety procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the kitchen.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work environment at all times.
* Provide exceptional customer service by catering to guest special requests and dietary needs.
* Mentor and motivate Apprentice Chefs to achieve a high standard of service.
About You
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
* Industry experience in high-volume kitchen operations.
* Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and Food Safety program.
* Able to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
