As part of the Australian Turf Group, Jimboomba Turf supplies homeowners, landscapers, builders, and select commercial customers across SEQ who value quality and service over speed alone.
We are now seeking a customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to join our Jimboomba team and be the first point of contact for customers purchasing high-quality turf.
About the Role
This is a phone-based, inbound sales role focused on guiding customers through their turf purchase, ensuring they receive the right product, advice, and service.
You will manage incoming enquiries, provide accurate quotes, process orders, and liaise closely with logistics and farm operations to deliver a smooth, professional customer experience.
While the role can be busy, it is less transactional and more consultative than large-scale commercial sales, ideal for someone who enjoys quality conversations and getting things right.
What You'll Be Doing
* Answer and manage inbound phone, email, and online enquiries
* Provide clear advice on turf varieties, pricing, and suitability
* Prepare accurate quotes and process customer orders
* Coordinate delivery and scheduling updates with logistics and operations
* Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and internal systems
* Support walk-in and phone customers during peak periods
* Contribute to a professional, premium customer experience from enquiry to delivery
About You
You'll be well suited to this role if you:
* Are confident and professional on the phone
* Enjoy customer service and relationship-based sales
* Can stay organised and calm during busy periods
* Have experience in inbound sales, customer service, administration, or retail support
* Communicate clearly and work well with logistics and farm teams
* Are comfortable learning systems and processes quickly
Turf, landscaping, or construction experience is beneficial but not essential, full product training will be provided.

Hours & Location
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Based at our Jimboomba farm (convenient to Jimboomba, Flagstone, Beaudesert, and surrounding areas)
