About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time role where you will manage a well-maintained folio of 125 properties, with administrative and team support.
You’ll be responsible for:
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties.
* Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships.
* Ensuring compliance and delivering a high standard of service.
* Management of rental arrears.
* Co-ordinating lease renewals and routine inspections with our support team.
* Carrying out Entry/Exit inspections.
About You
* Experience in Property Management preferred (a current QLD Real Estate Certificate is essential).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset.
* Team player with the drive to grow alongside a thriving business.
* Drivers license and own vehicle essential.
* Experience with PropertyMe (Preferred) and Microsoft Office (Essential).
