Support Worker Role
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Job Description:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities. Your role will involve helping them with daily living tasks, enabling them to live independently and holistically.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support. This may include providing support with everyday activities around the home, assisting with personal care and hygiene, supporting medication compliance, and meal assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual Support. You should also have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and comprehensive car insurance. At least one year of experience as a Disability Support Worker is required, along with NDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months), and National police clearance or willingness to obtain.
