**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience in a management role within a premium dining environment
- A Front of House expert that can deliver exceptional service and take our guests through a fine dining culinary journey
- Knowledge and passion to learn current food and beverage trends
- A love of all things hospitality!
**About the Role**
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
- Upholding high operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
- Salary $62,200 - $75,000 pending qualifications and experience_
