Account Manager – Hobart

Are you a motivated and relationship-driven professional seeking a rewarding opportunity? Join our team as an Account Manager responsible for driving sales revenue growth and increasing market share in and around our clinics in Hobart.

About The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be the key driver of sales growth within Hobart, serving as the primary liaison for our referrers. Your role will centre on building and nurturing high-value relationships with healthcare providers and clinics, identifying opportunities to expand referrals and increase revenue. By delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating business performance and achieving strategic sales targets.

This position is available as a Part-Time Permanent Position (3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth & Strategy: Drive revenue and procedure volumes by developing and executing targeted sales and marketing strategies.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple clinics, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Service Expansion & Collaboration: Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality support.
* Performance Monitoring & Engagement: Track account performance, report key metrics, and participate in meetings and networking events to strengthen presence and uncover new opportunities.

Key Requirements:
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
* Background in account management or similar roles, ideally within healthcare or related industries. Exposure to working with medical specialists is a strong advantage
* Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently across a defined geographic area.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organised.
* Experience using sales information management software (Salesforce is a plus)
* Willingness to travel regularly within the Hobart region and quarterly to Melbourne.
* A current Australian Driver's Licenseand reliable car
