Corporate Communications Assistant
This entry-level position is perfect for a self-driven individual who can manage administrative tasks and provide support to the Corporate Communications Team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of our company, including its brands, products, and services.
* Provide administrative assistance to the Corporate Communications Team, including calendar management, data entry, record keeping, research, and more.
* Coordinate travel arrangements for staff or external stakeholders.
* Oversee corporate gifts and merchandise, including inventory management, procurement, packaging, and dispatch.
* Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, focusing on print vendors for production of company-branded materials.
* Support events, including on-site presence as required.
* Maintain office organization and overall efficiency.
