Eureka Furniture is seeking a highly organised, detail-driven Visual Merchandising Administrative Assistant to support the execution and ongoing maintenance of our brand and visual merchandising standards across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, data, and precision, and enjoys working behind the scenes to ensure brand initiatives are delivered accurately and consistently.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Development, you will play a critical support role across showroom planning, visual merchandising documentation, and compliance updates. You will be responsible for maintaining key tools and guides that support our national retail network.
This is a full-time, office-based role located at our Acacia Ridge Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the planning and gridding of showrooms, including layouts and space allocation
* Update, maintain, and distribute all visual merchandising guides and documentation
* Create and maintain planograms in line with brand direction
* Manage and update VM compliance documentation as directed
* Ensure accuracy, version control, and consistency across all brand materials
* Assist with reporting and data tracking related to brand and VM initiatives
* Provide general administrative and project support to the Head of Brand Development
About You
* Highly data-driven, with strong analytical and organisational skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident working with documentation, spreadsheets, and structured processes
* Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
* Comfortable taking direction and working autonomously once trained
* Previous experience in retail, visual merchandising support, brand, or head office roles will be highly regarded
