We'd love you to be on the field 90% of the time, engaging with your teams of technicians, ensuring the successful delivery of nbn services.
From coaching and mentoring crews to ensuring top-tier safety and quality standards, you'll play a key role in keeping Australia connected.

What you'll be doing: Train, mentor, and manage technicians to ensure top-tier service delivery.
Support new technicians, setting them up for success.
Coordinate work, technicians, and equipment to meet KPIs and operational targets.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
Be the go-to person for resolving on-site issues and client escalations.
Conduct audits, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in technician performance.
