Sales Coordinator The Role Our client is at the forefront of their industry and are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to support their Mining and Industrial Team. Key responsibilities will include (but not limited to): To maintain and foster key client and supplier relationships Providing a high level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders Being a team player for the Mining and Industrial team as required to ensure the smooth running of tasks and business processes. Facilitating the fulfillment of Customer Orders for client accounts in accordance with established Company processes Liaising between the broader logistics team and client accounts to ensure transparency within the process Working closely with Warehouse & Logistics Teams to coordinate shipment preparation of Orders Maintaining, tracking and monitoring of Sales, Inventory, Backorder, Expediting & DIFOT spreadsheet report Desirable skills and experience for this role includes: Some experience in a customer service, order processing, clerical/admin assistant duties Some experience with excel, word and data entry; Ability to work proactively and offer innovative solutions Ability to work in a team Excellent communication skills both verbal and written A can-do attitude towards any task About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
