Job Title: Community Support Worker
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Support Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver personal care to community clients, including showering, dressing and toileting
* Assist with administration of medication
* Support domestic duties, meal preparation and other household tasks
* Provide social support, including transport to shops or appointments
Requirements:
* Australian driver's license and reliable car
* Certificate III Aged Care (desirable)
* First Aid certification (desirable)
* Previous experience working in the community (desirable)
