Maitland City Council has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Experience Agent to join our team on a full time, 12-month temporary contract.
About The Opportunity
Our Customer Experience Agents take pride in creating a positive customer experience for our community by approaching every enquiry with empathy, confidence and a focus on making things easy.
Working in a dynamic environment, our CX Agents act as a first point of contact for Council services, supporting customers across digital channels, telephone and face-to-face interactions. Alongside supporting our customers, you'll also undertake administrative tasks and support day-to-day operational requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate IV qualification, coupled with previous experience in a customer service role.
You will bring strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a continuous improvement mindset, enabling you to confidently deliver customer service across a range of platforms.
Above all, your excellent time management, keen attention to detail and solutions-focused approach will allow you to make an immediate and positive impact as a valued member of our customer experience team.
Benefits
This is a full time, temporary opportunity for 12 months, working 35 hours per week with a salary ranging from $70,728 - $86,007 per year based on experience + 12% super.
To be successful in this role you will be available to work a flexible, rotating, roster between Monday-Friday across a span of hours between 8am-6pm.
