About the role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end digital marketing strategy for Pivotel’s consumer broadband and mobile services. This role is for someone who loves performance marketing, thrives in a hands‑on creative environment, and wants to shape a digital presence from the ground up.
You’ll manage all Consumer digital activities, creative assets, analytics frameworks, customer journeys and campaign execution — all with a strong focus on regional and remote Australian customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for NBN & MVNO services
* Manage paid digital channels (SEM, social, display, retargeting)
* Own all creative assets and ensure consistency across the digital ecosystem
* Optimise digital journeys, landing pages and conversion funnels
* Establish and manage digital analytics, tagging and performance reporting
* Advocate for a frictionless digital customer experience
* Lead continuous testing, learning and optimisation across campaigns
* Track and improve customer sentiment
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally in telco, utilities or subscription services
* Strong hands‑on performance marketing capability
* Experience delivering digital creative and managing digital assets
* Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset
* Understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimisation
* High attention to creative quality and brand consistency
* Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights clearly
