YOUR ROLE
In this role, you will:
* Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
* Receive incoming stock and check goods against paperwork
* Load and unload vehicles safely using forklifts and equipment
* Support customers over the phone and process orders into the system
* Release online orders and provide timely customer updates
* Maintain accurate paperwork, stock records and customer notes
* Assist with stocktakes and general warehouse housekeeping
* Complete daily forklift inspections and report defects promptly
* Work safely and follow Bunzl WHS, CoR and site procedures
* Support the wider branch with peak-period and general duties as required
ABOUT YOU
To be successful, you will bring:
* Warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
* Strong customer service skills and a professional phone manner
* Good computer skills and confidence using warehouse systems
* Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
* The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
* A team-first attitude with the ability to work autonomously
* A proactive approach and willingness to pitch in where needed
It would also be advantageous if you have:
* Customer service experience in a branch or warehouse setting
* Certificate III in Warehousing
* Dangerous Goods Awareness Training
* A LO Store Picker Licence
* Experience with RF scanning, voice picking or pick-to-light systems
