3. Play a key role in leading transformation initiatives that improve client outcomes and position us as a leader in social insurance legal services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience leading sizeable teams or business units, with a strong track record of guiding people through reform and cultural change. You should also be an exceptional communicator and negotiator, able to influence stakeholders at all levels to achieve shared objectives.
