Skills required:
o Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise (M365 Pro Plus) including servicing and update channels
o Microsoft 365 Licensing
o Windows 10 and Windows 11 including servicing and update channels
o Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DFS etc.)
o Group Policy configuration including Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM)
o MECM (SCCM) skills including SOE creation/maintenance, application packaging and patching
o Technical Design and Guidance Writing
o Australian Government IT Cyber Security processes including ISM, Essential 8 and ACSC hardening guides
