Because we value talent and culture fit over rigid desk hours, this position is open to either Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 25 hours/week) for the right candidate.
Reporting directly to our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with our marketing team to manage a healthy, highly engaged pipeline of warm, inbound leads. We are looking for a consultative, systems minded Sales Representative to join our team. This is a high autonomy role focused on managing a healthy, active pipeline of warm, inbound inquiries and qualified leads.
You won't be expected to use aggressive, high pressure sales tactics. Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator. Your day-to-day will involve listening to the unique compliance, operational, and financial struggles of club committees and association boards, running engaging online product demonstrations and showing them exactly how Member Jungle simplifies their lives.
You will also step away from the desk to be the face of our brand, attending key industry conferences and in person networking events alongside our leadership team.
The applicant will need to spend minimum of 3 days a fortnight working from the Newcastle office.
