Member Jungle is an Australian grown SaaS success story helping over 500 clubs and professional associations across 5 countries automate their tedious administration, secure their data, and ditch messy spreadsheets. Our subscription software automates the heavy lifting of membership organisation management—including member databases, automated renewals, integrated event ticketing, digital communication tools, website management, and a native mobile app.

We are looking for an innovative sales professional who wants to be instrumental in our upcoming expansion, scale with the company, and actively shape our international footprint. Because we value talent and culture fit over rigid desk hours, this position is open to either Full-Time or Part-Time (minimum 25 hours/week) for the right candidate.

  • Location: Newcastle / Regional NSW (Hybrid or Flexible options)
  • Employment Type: Open to Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Package: $60,000 – $65,000 Base (pro-rata if part-time) + Super + Uncapped Commission
The Role

Reporting directly to our Director of Sales and Marketing, you will work closely with our marketing team to manage a healthy, highly engaged pipeline of warm, inbound leads. We are looking for a consultative, systems minded Sales Representative to join our team. This is a high autonomy role focused on managing a healthy, active pipeline of warm, inbound inquiries and qualified leads.

You won't be expected to use aggressive, high pressure sales tactics. Instead, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator. Your day-to-day will involve listening to the unique compliance, operational, and financial struggles of club committees and association boards, running engaging online product demonstrations and showing them exactly how Member Jungle simplifies their lives.

You will also step away from the desk to be the face of our brand, attending key industry conferences and in person networking events alongside our leadership team.

The applicant will need to spend minimum of 3 days a fortnight working from the Newcastle office.

What You'll Do
  • Consultative Discovery: Qualify incoming web and phone inquiries to ensure Member Jungle is a perfect cultural and technical fit for their organisation.
  • Run Tailored Product Demonstrations: Conduct high impact, professional online walk-throughs of the Member Jungle platform, demonstrating clear value to multiple stakeholders.
  • Face-to-Face Networking: Represent Member Jungle in person at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to build relationships with association executives and club leaders.
  • Navigate Committee Sales: Guide prospects through committee approval processes, handle technical, pricing, and objections transparently, and transition them to onboarding.
  • Pipeline and CRM Management: Keep our database clean, structured, and active to ensure timely follow ups.
Who You Are
  • The Consultant Mindset: You understand that selling to a professional association or a local club requires patience, empathy, and building trust.
  • Tech Literate & Articulate: You like to learn and use online software and can explain complex digital concepts simply to non-technical volunteers.
  • On the Road Ready: You are highly personable, professional, and genuinely look forward to travelling to conferences and representing the business in person.
  • Driven by Outcomes: You enjoy owning your pipeline, hit realistic targets with a smile, and actively pitch innovative growth ideas to the wider team.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in a customer facing role (sales, retail, hospitality, or customer success) looking to break into the booming SaaS industry.
