Lead Business Transformation
As a seasoned leader, you will drive business transformation and growth by developing strategic direction for clients. Your responsibilities will include undertaking discovery processes to analyze change drivers, scoping Change Management work, and understanding and leading organizational change at the enterprise level.
You will possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, such as Psychology and Organizational Psychology, Business, Communications/Journalism, Human Resources, Project Management, Applied/Behavioral Science, or similar. You will also have strong written and verbal communication skills, well-honed executive presentation skills, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Change Management experience of 12+ years with a proven track record of driving business transformation and growth.
Experience building and/or leading a Change Management team, practice, center of excellence, or enterprise function.
Ability to manage end-to-end change across multiple streams of large, complex programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
