Your new role
As a SiteSupervisor, you will manage residential insurance repair projects from initialassessment through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
* Attending site to assess damage and gather all required information
* Preparing detailed reports and defining the scope of works
* Collecting supporting evidence and estimating project costs
* Coordinating trades and supervising works on site
* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and codes of practice
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and communication
* Delivering projects on time and to the organisation's quality expectations
This is a Monday–Friday role (40 hours per week), with paid overtime for any weekend work.
What you'll need to succeed
* A trade background is preferred — ideally a qualification in carpentry
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Supervisor and/or Estimator
* Strong understanding of construction legislation and residential building requirements
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate trades effectively
* A proactive, professional approach and commitment to quality workmanship
