Required Skills & Qualifications
As a Sonder Responder, you'll require recent or current experience in emergency services, military, and/or security-related work.
Empathy and confidence in assessing critical situations are essential. You'll also need a strong network of contacts in the local area.
A high level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management, along with the ability to set priorities, act on key issues, and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity, are crucial for this role.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking individuals with passion and drive to provide assistance to those in need.
Key responsibilities will include conducting stakeholder engagement, nurturing partnership relations, and providing input to operational procedures and network management.
When required, you'll assist the Response Network Manager and conduct emergency and non-emergency support responses to support the network of responders in your area.
