About the roleAs a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and achieving volume and financial targets across a dynamic territory from Geelong to Portland.
With a focus on both on- and off-premise customers, your role will involve building strong relationships, executing brand development plans, and ensuring compliance with promotional activities.Develop and execute a structured territory plan to meet customer segmentation modelsDrive new product developments and ensure effective ranging and distribution targetsIncrease brand visibility and ensure compliance with merchandising and display standardsDeliver sales targets through effective customer negotiations and relationship managementManage territory budgets and leverage commercial opportunities within fixed expense limitsAbout youWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and brand development.
The ideal candidate will have experience within FMCG or the wine industry, with strong negotiation, analytical, and planning skills.
