The Role
We’re seeking a Strata Manager to take on a growing portfolio that includes a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial schemes. The role is focused on portfolio management only —you’ll be supported by a dedicated Business Development Manager, Trust Accountant, and Strata Assistant, allowing you to focus on what you do best.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with owners, committees, and stakeholders
- Prepare and manage budgets, agendas, and meeting minutes
- Chair meetings and provide expert guidance to clients
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- High attention to detail
- Proficient computer and administrative skills
- Current WA Driver’s Licence
- Police Clearance
- Willingness to undertake (or already hold) a Cert IV in Strata Community Management
- Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in strata or property management
- Working knowledge of WA Strata Titles legislation
