We bring important day-to-day services together in one department to make things easy and seamless for Victorians and businesses. We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.
About the role
This role is a pivotal support role across Dispute Services and supports both the Manager Strategic Operations and the broader Dispute Services leadership team to ensure a high level of responsiveness in stakeholder management.
Key accountabilities include:
1. Working closely with the Chief and Deputy Chief Dispute Resolution officers, be the lead liaison officer for Dispute Services to the offices of the Executive Director and Deputy Secretary within the Customer and Regulatory Services division as well as the wider department.
2. Providing high level support, advice and coordination for governance and compliance functions across Dispute Services, including developing and coordinating responses to Ministerial and Executive correspondence and briefs, coordinating conflicts of interest and outside employment requests, and managing legislative appointments of front-line staff across the group.
3. Leading the digitisation requirements of Dispute Services including implementation to ensure all required records are stored according within the departmental document management system TRIM and relevant digitisation approvals are in place.
4. Delivering high level project management support and advice across Dispute Services including ensuring agreed deliverables are completed on time and on specification.
