The Opportunity
Our Security Vetting team is expanding, offering new opportunities for First Nations individuals across various roles, from entry-level analysts to team leaders.

This role can be based in Naarm – Melbourne, Boorloo – Perth, Ngambri – Canberra, Meanjin – Brisbane, or Warrang – Sydney.
Flexible working arrangements, including reduced hours, can be discussed.
Your key responsibilities
Regardless of your level, your work will contribute to national security. Responsibilities may include:
* Assessing clearance cases with attention to detail, managing complex processes, and reporting to a team leader.
* Managing caseloads efficiently.
* Leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
* Ensuring quality outcomes through strict quality controls.
What we look for
We seek individuals with the right aptitude and attitude, even if you don't meet all criteria:
* Attention to detail in data scrutiny and risk identification.
* Commitment to high-quality vetting standards.
* Effective time management to meet deadlines.
* Australian Citizens with a Security Clearance of Baseline, with potential to upgrade to Negative Vetting 1 or 2 (preferred).
