For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com.About The RoleAs a Key Account Representative, you will be an integral part of the Food and Beverage division and will manage chemical stock levels at sites across Queensland.This is a varied role and hands on role which will require you to conduct laboratory testing, inventory management, equipment checks, basic maintenance and writing service reports. As part of the account administration, you will be conducting business reviews and reporting on sales, business forecasting and P&L performance.Responsibilities:Maintain all chemical stock levels onsite including ordering new suppliesConduct sampling of process tanks, ensuring faults are reported and fixedRecord and accurately enter data into the record keeping system to support operational transparencyUndertake dosing checks including manual dosing and monitoring equipment as per service level agreementsCarry out any equipment reprogramming or recalibrationBuild strong working relationships onsite and provide professional onsite support.Prepare and submit regular reports to keep customers and internal stakeholders updatedAlways maintain good housekeeping when performing dutiesConduct laboratory evaluations, run customer trials and troubleshoot issues as they ariseEnsure existing and new programs are controlled according to design parameters and meet customer deliverablesComplete all tasks in line with OHS and environmental policies and procedures, always promoting safety and sustainabilityKeep up to date on all chemistry onsite and current product offerings.
