Who we're looking for?
* 1–2 years' experience in marketing, retail marketing, or customer focused environments.
* Strong Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign) skills.
* Solid understanding of traditional, digital, and social media marketing.
* Experience building relationships with internal stakeholders, retailers, and community groups.
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related field.
* Highly organised, detail focused, adaptable, and customer centric.
The role
You'll support the delivery of marketing, community, and engagement initiatives across the portfolio, helping create meaningful customer and retailer experiences. The role suits someone who enjoys turning creative ideas into well executed campaigns and collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general marketing support to the portfolio.
* Communicate with tenants on an ongoing basis about marketing activities, sales collection, and promotional inclusion.
* Review, proof & edit changes to marketing collateral.
* Monitor social media pages and administer responses in a timely fashion.
* Assist the Marketing team with Centre campaigns.
* Redesign and develop templates for departments.
* Assist in event coordination, project management & execution.
* Demonstrate good financial management for marketing campaign budgets.
