About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Truck Detailer/Yard Hand to join the team based out our Darwin Depot. If you enjoy working outdoors and getting your hands dirty, this role might be the role for you As a member of the Darwin team, you will be tasked with efficiently washing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles and assisting the maintenance team and other trades as required. This unique opportunity could lead to an apprenticeship in Heavy Vehicle qualifications within our internal workshops, or a traineeship with the chance to obtain your HC/MC license and transition into a driving role.
The Opportunity
* Minimum of 38 hours per week, w. a Monday to Friday roster (occasional weekend requests may be applicable)

Skills & Experience:
* Previous detailing experience on Kenworth Trucks would be held in high regard
* Hold a current manual car Drivers license
* Physically fit with the capability of performing physical outdoor duties
* Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process
* Excellent communication skills and a team focused attitude
* A proactive approach to all tasks
* Highly motivated and self-driven with high attention to detail
