We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to join our award-winning team and provide essential support to our sales team and property managers. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire sales administration process—from listing through to settlement—ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes and assisting property managers with general enquiries.
This is a full-time position with no weekend work, ideal for someone seeking long term employment while contributing meaningfully to a high-performing team.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls with professionalism and act as the first point of contact at the front desk
* Greeting and assisting walk-in clients with a warm, professional approach, ensuring exceptional customer service
* Supporting team members by drafting and managing email correspondence as needed
* Coordinate and process all new property listings
* Prepare and manage addendums, contract variations, and terminations with accuracy
* Maintain clear and professional communication with all parties involved in the sales process, including vendors, purchasers, and conveyancers
* Develop and implement social media strategies to support property marketing
* Coordinate and manage digital advertising campaigns
* Liaise effectively with vendors, buyers, brokers, conveyancers, and suppliers
* Provide general administrative support to the Ray White Craigmore team as required
* Maintain and update digital records and databases with care and precision
